Nursery evolution - Day 1 cntd

*taps speaker* Hello? Can you hear me? Is this thing working? Ok, lets try this again.

So my last post was talking about how I cleaned out the closet. Here is all of the stuff that was in the closet. All of the containers in the back left were filled with crap and the large box is the beginning of my give away box. Hopefully this week I can get my hanging fabric organizer moved into the other room and then get to work on sorting out the trunk. It's mostly filled with old journals of mine and mementoes so that is going to be tough to weed through.

I also found some fun stuff for the nursery. First up is the small wall hanging/quilt my aunt made as a wedding present for us. I'm thinking of hanging this above the crib or possibly above where we will put the glider chair. I want to make sure it is safe from random fluids since it was a present and rather precious to me.

Meow! This is a cat latchhook that I made a while ago. The back is quilted so I'm thinking of stuffing it with a thick foam and using it as a baby pad/second bed (only used under our supervision of course). I also may just hang it on the wall, we'll see.

Meet Teddy :) My dad made this awesome baby decoration. Each piece was separately hand crafted, stained, and finished. I think it's pretty darn awesome myself

My awesome Indian boy painting. This painting has been at my parent's house since I can remember and I love putting it up in the nursery.
